The preheating glass twin quartz heating tube delivers rapid infrared energy with swift heat-up and cool-down times, generating temperatures from 1000 °F (537°C) up to 2000°F (1093°C). Depending on the design, our elements can achieve full output in as little as 30 seconds and typically reduce to 50 percent output in less than 15 seconds. This quartz element is perfect for applications where process stoppages are expected or where quick heating and cooling are necessary.
